Are your posts recruiting other agents instead of past clients?

If your feed only makes sense to other agents, your past clients have nothing to forward.

A lot of realtor content is written for the office: closed volume, luxury interiors, and jokes about escrow. The people who already trust you are scrolling past it. They need a reason to send you their coworker before that coworker interviews three agents off Instagram ads.

Write for the person who already has your number

Past clients refer. Other agents do not. Post the thing a former seller would forward: what you would tell a first-time buyer this month, what to do before a listing photo day, what not to fix, how long cash offers are actually taking on their street.

Sold posts still work if the caption is useful. “Closed this week. If you are moving in the next year, here is the one date to work backward from.” That is a referral engine. A trophy photo is not.

Keep a tiny list, then reuse it

You do not need daily posts. You need a short pile of answers you already give at kitchen tables. Turn each into a caption, a text you can forward, and a line on the website.

If time is the constraint, drop the market-report carousel. Keep the two posts people actually reply to.
